The world of politics often notices an influx of film stars, industrialists, teachers, professionals and many others. In fact, the crowd of such other professionals often pushes the original politicians to the back bench.
Such influx has got a two fold impact. On one hand it raises the quality of the political parties and on the other, the political parties face a lot of intrusion of the people of vested interests. It really becomes difficult to filter out such people.

It is true that many people think that politics can make their lives more glamorous. Some people attempts to go to the politics to save them from illegal activities also.
Its very difficult for the political parties to avoid such crowd as they also want to enrich their parties with popular and glamorous faces.
In contradiction, when the professionals with true knowledge about various issues of the people join the political parties, their professional accomplishments are reflected in their acts even as politicians.
A successful manager will certainly manage an election campaign in a much better way than an ordinary politician. Likewise, an engineer can leave his footprints has a minister.
When the social workers join the political parties, it becomes doubly benefited for the party and also for the individuals. The way, they can raise voices for several burning issues, they can also elevate their knowledge and profile with the power of the political parties for the ultimate benefit for the society.
We can hardly draw any conclusion in general. We need to analyze the motive and profile of the individual before giving them an entry to the political parties.
