The unwavering passion of Dewakar Goel to bring a radical change in the outlook of commoners in India has driven him to author Endless Travel. Perhaps Endless Travel is a revolution that will force many traditional thoughts to bite the dust.

As he fundamentally believes that We never retire, he has tried to percolate his firm conviction to the middle-aged people, who become more confused at this stage of life.

In fact, the way he looks at life perfectly commensurate with his academic profile and professional accomplishments. The outlook of a Ph.D in management [scholar] has to differ from the commoners. The credit goes to Dewakar, when he has tried to come down to the lifestyle of the common people and tried to match his thought process with their inspirations.

Dewakar has nicely emphasized on the need of emotional psychological stability in this middle-age.

Dewakar says, “Our expectations, sensibilities, personalities, sensitivity level, perception, concept of empathy all undergo a sea change.” In reality the confusion comes because of several unattained goals of life, which keeps on haunting for ever.

Dewakar has achieved high level of admiration as a vising faculty of NMIMS University, Bombay, IIT, Delhi, Kharagpur, XLRI Jamshedpur, IISWBM Kolkata and Examiner – IGNOU. Its no wonder that he can pick up the live examples from his highly successful professional endeavors in IAAI. His role as Human Resource Consultant, International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Montreal, Canada and Qualified Instructor by International Air Transport Association (IATA), Geneva, Switzerland adds to his accolades.

His ever inquisitive eyes intrude to the very personal lives of different segments of people. When he rides a rickshaw, he starts talking with the rickshaw puller.
